No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. The system processes the username and authentication credentials to identify the account, maintain the signed-in state, manage subscriptions, and prevent unauthorized account activity.

When you purchase or change a plan, the system creates an order record linked to your account. This includes the selected plan, order amount, payment method, payment result, subscription status, and refund status. This information is used to complete transactions, verify entitlements, handle support requests, and retain necessary financial records.

The website also collects aggregated visit statistics, such as pages visited, referring pages, browser and device categories, and basic network request information. This information helps us verify that pages work properly, diagnose access issues, and refine the site structure; it is not used to build individual browsing profiles.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

83VPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, nor does it retain webpage content, search queries, or content transmitted within apps. The service does not compile destination addresses with specific accounts into browsing records that can be traced back later.

While a connection is being established, the system may briefly process operational status needed for route assignment, traffic allowance calculations, troubleshooting, and security controls. This status is used only during the current service session and is not retained as long-term historical connection logs linked to an account after the session ends. Traffic usage and subscription validity shown in an account are billing and entitlement data; they do not represent records of accessed content.

Cookies & Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to retain necessary session information, language preferences, interface state, and security verification results. This allows sign-in status, page settings, and user choices to remain effective on later visits.

Some visit statistics may also use cookies to distinguish consecutive visits, but the results are used to analyze site operation and content usage. You can clear or restrict cookies and local storage through your browser settings; after clearing them, you may need to sign in again and select your language or interface preferences again.

Third-Party Payment Processing

The service supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment steps are handled by the relevant third-party payment service. Account details, payment credentials, and transaction verification information submitted to that service are governed by its own privacy rules.

83VPN receives only the transaction result, order identifier, and necessary payment status needed to confirm an order; it does not directly obtain the complete credentials for a third-party payment account. To process refunds, verify disputes, or investigate unusual transactions, relevant order information may be exchanged between 83VPN and the selected payment service.

Data Retention & Deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are kept only as necessary to complete transactions, handle disputes, reconcile finances, and meet applicable requirements. Visit statistics are aggregated or de-identified once they are no longer needed to identify an individual visit; temporary operational data is cleared after the related connection or troubleshooting work is complete.

Users can sign in to the user panel and request deletion of their account and eligible associated information through the ticket portal. Account ownership may need to be verified before a request is processed. Records related to incomplete orders, refund requests, dispute handling, or legal retention requirements may not be deleted at the same time; once those purposes end, the data will be deleted or de-identified.

Policy Updates & User Choices

83VPN may update this policy when its features, data processing practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. Significant changes involving data use or user rights will be clearly announced through the website, user panel, or in-service notices.

You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser, and you can view your account, orders, and subscription status through the user panel. If you have questions about the scope of data processing, account deletion, or order records, you can submit a request through the ticket portal. 83VPN will not ask you to provide information unrelated to the matter being handled in a ticket.
